1. Other local people who live or work in less than 12 months in Phu Tho province have health insurance cards registered at provincial or equivalent level.

2. Patients suffering from ophthalmic diseases come to ophthalmic clinic at Phu Tho General Hospital.

3. HIV / AIDS infected people

4. Persons suffering from specialized medical specialties such as: tumors, cardiovascular disease, stroke, blood transfusion ... or suffer from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord, thorax, abdomen, femur fracture ... to medical examination and treatment at Phu Tho General Hospital.

5. Pregnant women who registered their initial medical examination and treatment at medical establishments in Viet Tri City (except the Viet Tri Construction Hospital) to Phu Tho General Hospital for delivery .

6. The patient has a referral form from medical facilities at the ward, commune level and equivalent in the province of Phu Tho.

7. The patient has a referral form from the district-level medical examination and treatment establishments in Phu Tho province.

8. The patient has a referral form from the provincial medical examination and treatment facilities in the province of Phu Tho including: Traditional medicine hospital and Rehabilitation clinic; Tuberculosis Hospital and lung disease; Eye Hospital; General Clinic - Provincial Preventive Medicine Center; Provincial Health Protection Department; Viet Tri Construction Hospital.

B. Outside province

(According to Official Letter No. 449 / BYT-BH dated 6 February 2017 on transferring patients with health insurance to Phu Tho hospital).

1. Transmitted patients from provincial hospitals in Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang and Vinh Phuc provinces to Phu Tho provincial general hospital shall enjoy the right health insurance.

2. Cases of poor households and ethnic minority people living in areas with difficult or extremely difficult conditions in Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Lao Cai and Vinh Phuc provinces. Self-go medical treatment at Phu Tho General Hospital is entitled to health insurance at the right time.
