3. History of faculty development:
The Department of Tropical Diseases has been separated from the Department of Internal Medicine since 1972 as the Department of Infectious Diseases. On April 1, 2017, the Faculty was officially renamed Tropical Diseases Department
.4. Duties of the department:
The primary task of the Department of Tropical Diseases is to diagnose, treat and treat all aspects of communicable diseases:
- Emerging infectious diseases.
- Dangerous infectious diseases such as meningitis due to inflammation of the gut.
- AH5N1 flu.
- Outbreaks such as foot and mouth, measles, rubella.
In addition, the Faculty of Infectious Diseases undertakes training and clinical guidelines for students and students of Phu Tho College of Pharmacy and Medical College; Professional training for lower levels.
