Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Minh Khanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Health - Deputy Director of the Phu Tho Provincial Blood Donation Committee emphasized: This is a program of high meaning, , expressing human affection for human beings and being honored by society. Voluntary blood donations bring life to the less fortunate, bringing hope and hope to human life.
